Batch processing is a new feature that lets users score many texts at once. During beta-testing, batch processing is limited to 5 files at a time. Words per text is also restricted to 2,000 words.
Step 1: Click on "Batch Processing" tab at the top of the screen.
Step 2: Click on "Choose Files." Highlight or choose 5 files you want to score at one time. Again, .txt files work the best because no conversion is involved, but you can also score .pdf, docx, .rtf and simple .html files.
Step 3: Click "Select Formulas" and choose one or more formulas. Or click on "Let us help you choose" to have the app choose the formulas for your type of text.
Step 4: Click on "System Settings" in case you need to change the way the app scores your text.
Step 5: You can score full texts or sample passages. Leave on "Score full text."
Step 6: When ready, click on "Process All Files."
Depending on the number and type of formulas, scoring may take up to 1 minute on longer texts.
Also test the buttons below each batch result to ensure they work.

What to Beta-Test
How was your experience scoring multiple texts at once?
Were you able to import your text files without problems?
Did the app process your text quickly?
Do you notice any miscalculations?
Do you like how the results are displayed?
Any misspellings or grammar errors in our descriptions, tool tips, or text in pop-up windows?
Were you able to copy the results to your clipboard or save them to a text file by clicking the button?
What would you like us to add, remove or change?
Did you notice any bugs or errors along the way?
Did you find anything confusing?
We ask beta-testers to post their feedback to our forums so other users can learn and respond. Please post whenever you have an idea, encounter a bug, or want to comment. Posts can be as little as a one-line comment. We welcome all feedback.
